We just made a big purchase of some bulky items. The person that assisted us was very helpful and customer oriented however the two men that were asked to help us load them into our truck were not very pleasant especially one that had a very bad attitude. I get that it's hot outside But really!
The employees at this Costco treat you like you owe them something for you shopping there. Most of the ones I dealt with are real jerks, they forget that thanks to us (the people that shop there) they get a paycheck every week. I have a family of six so I have no choice but to go there, but when I lived down the hill I would go to Sams club people there are a lot more approachable and friendly.
Wish I could afford 50 for a costco card. They need to open it to the public
It's the only one in my area. I purchase all of my food here. It's a good place to shop for cool things too and the prices are unbeatable!! Employees are OK, the cashiers are always very nice to me! I like the food court. It's worth the membership, but I would be willing to share my card with stranger at the register, since some people don't need a tub of sour cream twice a month like me and are not members.
