I got my prescription glasses there. It was busy as usual. However, the optician, YK, Asian lady was really helpful and nice. The price there was very reasonable, quite a bit cheaper than other optical stores.
Jessica and Kye were a great help. They gave me a couple different trial lenses to ensure a good fit with a balanced near/far sight. Also, contacts and glasses are without a doubt much cheaper than South Delta. I'm unsure of why there are so many negative responses. Costco is a busy place. I find if you're nice, you get the same in return.
Jessica is extremely unprofessional… rude and unhelpful. Hopefully manager can read this review and fire her!!!!!!!
