It takes a lot for me to write a poor review....I went to ask about prices for contacts and the lady who helped me was extremely (!) rude. She didn't give me any help and was mad when I couldn't say the exact type I wanted. When I asked what types a specific brand had to offer, she told me lots and wouldn't expand. I was hoping to get contacts here to save money but definitely won't be, even if it costs me more. I was so sad!! I love Costco!!!
Had a great experience today getting contacts fitting with Optician Kai. He was very knowledgeable and patient, was able to respond to all my questions and concerns and ensure that I get the right contact lenses that fits my needs and eyes! I really appreciate all his help today!
A young asian female brushed me off, treated me like trash, reluctant to give me respectful correspondence, very eager to make me feel uncomfortable. Really ?? And these kind of people actually get customer service jobs ??
Competitive prices for members. They do use mid range lenses to keep costs down. So if you have above average prescription needs it may be best to go somewhere else.
