Competitive prices for members. They do use mid range lenses to keep costs down. So if you have above average prescription needs it may be best to go somewhere else.
Horrible customer service. After calling multiple times they finally picked up, but then hanged up for no reason without answering my question. When I visited Jessica was rude in every way. If you can’t be nice to customers don’t work customer service job.
Bought a new pair of glasses for $600. Very disappointed in the fitting. Went twice for that. Glasses keep sliding down my nose. How irritating! Was told nothing can be done about my glasses sliding down my nose!!! Horrible!!! I will never get glasses from Costco again.
