An incident that occurred during a recent phone call with a member of the department. While discussing contacts, I was subjected to verbal abuse by an individual in the background who repeatedly referred to me as "ma'am" in a disrespectful and hurtful manner. Not friendly at all !!! Head over to Burnaby Store for great Service
It takes a lot for me to write a poor review....I went to ask about prices for contacts and the lady who helped me was extremely (!) rude. She didn't give me any help and was mad when I couldn't say the exact type I wanted. When I asked what types a specific brand had to offer, she told me lots and wouldn't expand. I was hoping to get contacts here to save money but definitely won't be, even if it costs me more. I was so sad!! I love Costco!!!
Had a great experience today getting contacts fitting with Optician Kai. He was very knowledgeable and patient, was able to respond to all my questions and concerns and ensure that I get the right contact lenses that fits my needs and eyes! I really appreciate all his help today!
