This is, by far the worst Costco optical centre I’ve dealt with in the Lower Mainland. I’ve purchased glasses and contacts from several other Costco locations and have never had an experience like this. The customer service here was consistently disappointing. When I asked one staff member whether there were discounts for purchasing contacts in bulk, I was told that they don't ever offer discounts. Quick response, good customer service, but a limited selection of glasses.
An incident that occurred during a recent phone call with a member of the department. While discussing contacts, I was subjected to verbal abuse by an individual in the background who repeatedly referred to me as "ma'am" in a disrespectful and hurtful manner. As a professional, I understand the importance of maintaining a respectful and courteous demeanor in all interactions, especially in a professional setting. Not friendly at all !!! Head over to Burnaby Store for great Service
It takes a lot for me to write a poor review....I went to ask about prices for contacts and the lady who helped me was extremely (!) rude. She didn't give me any help and was mad when I couldn't say the exact type I wanted. When I asked what types a specific brand had to offer, she told me lots and wouldn't expand. I was hoping to get contacts here to save money but definitely won't be, even if it costs me more. I was so sad!! I love Costco!!!
