Excellent customer service from Navjit She inform me that the frame I select is going cause the lens to become very thick and help me find another pair of frame instead.
Lady at the front is extremely rude, impatient, and condescending. Avoid this location if possible
Service date: February 24 2025 Came here for an eye exam - the young lady at the front desk was super rude, basically no customer service skills or basic manners. Repeatedly asked me to stop moving, open my eyes, getting very impatient. At the end when I asked for a printed receipt, she slams it on the table... Is the job so bad or was it a long day? Maybe it's time to quit.

Terrible, horrible service. Do not ever make glasses in this Costco Optical. I always have to check the status of my glasses and still have not resolved yet and no no news from them. Update today 17 Nov. 2024: Yesterday I called the lady and she told me to come 17 or 18 November to meet with one senior guy. I went to this Costco optical today without any result.
