I had the best experience I had my glasses fitted for me and my daughter, the team there is wonderful they truly care ! I am not sure about most of the reviews but I had the best experience here
Horrible service!!!
Waste of time…going in for a complete eye exam and then to be ushered out after 10 min without any detailed information about my daughters eyes..ridiculous.. $120 completely wasted..and who does not direct bill anymore???? Go elsewhere..wish we had.
Unbelievable experience. Folks in vision center don't know how to manage crowd in place like Costco. In one hour of wait, we were asked to go to different places and wait. Out of turn orders were accepted. We left without being serviced. At least one Rude staff member.
