The customer service at this location is horrible. Bad attitude and would rather pay extra and go elsewhere.
coming to costco restored my vision
I can see so I've never come here but my sister who sucks at seeing and needs glasses likes it.
I kept my frame and just changed my lenses in Costco Vision Center of Oshawa. But in this branch (Richmond Hill Costco), the stuff told me: you must buy both frame and lenses together. It is really weird requirement, if I am satisfied with my frame, why I need to replace it? The more reasonable explain is Costco can make more money from frame.
Bad experience. Wrong guidance. Lost $$$. I'm unhappy with my glasses purchase due to poor guidance from the ophthalmologist and over-selling by the optometrist. Don't trust them. Better do proper homework.
