i recently had a disappointing experience with the optometrist during my appt i was told my vision is 20/20 and that i did not need glasses. this was surprising and frustrating as i already have a prescription?? not sure what she is talking about and insisted she was right. now I'm forced to get another exam elsewhere, as her advise did not align with my eye history and i am not about the accuracy of her examination. i understand they're not affiliated with Costco but i was still upset about this. separately, my experience a... read more
Dr. Selah Gunasekaran is a very professional and detail-oriented optometrist. She takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend her.
This place needs to train some of their staff to be more polite and listen to what the customer has to say and the customer’s likes and wants . The sales person Lynette’s tone and approach was unacceptable and unprofessional, treated me like I knew nothing. She was abrupt in her answers to my questions. I felt that there was an element of discrimination in the way she served me. I would not want to deal with her again.
The staff were incredibly rude, passive-aggressive, and disappointing.
