I've bought my glasses from Costco year after year. Their selection is great and so are the deals! My poor review stems from the lack of customer service experience I had at this location. I asked to get my glasses fixed as they were crooked, and the woman assisting me (although she assisted me and I'm grateful she fixed my glasses) was beyond rude.
