Have always had a great experience when getting exams or getting glasses and contacts here. It's Costco so there is a wait sometimes but not always. The employees are always super helpful and happy to take the time to help with anything. I went today because there was a drastic change to my prescription so I had to get a second eye exam and get the lenses corrected on a new pair I had already purchased. It all went smoothly and I can't wait to pick up my new pair soon!
July 14, 2025 around 6:30 PM. I walk into the lady at the counter and politely ask her if they can fix my broken glasses frame arm. She asked me if I bought them from the vision center, I said no. She then said that the arm is entirely broken, so there's no way of fixing it.
