On Feb. 08, 2025 I received my two pare of glasses in Costco OPTICAL, at 1112 W EDMONTON. The quality of both pare are just excellent!!!! The special thanks to optician DASHA, she provided the exceptional service and also gave me good advise regarding my progressive glasses. Excellent Job!!!

Would not recommend this place. Miscommunication from all staff had to go in 4 times for contact lenses and the lady said I still couldn’t buy a box because she needed to a test which had already been done the previous 3 times. Not really sure what is going on but it’s very poor management from Costco. Will not be bringing my services back to this location.
I booked an appointment for an eye exam. My husband and I both entered the date and the time at the same time in our calendar. When we arrived at the specified time, we were told that we don’t have an appointment today, but a week later. It seems that receptionist tell you one thing and enter in their appointment calendar another. This mix up with the dates was not the first time it happens all the time.
