Went in to get more contacts and they refused to sell any to me. Told me I needed to get them fit even though I have had contacts fit before by them. Wouldn’t offer to do a fitting session even though 3 of them were standing around doing nothing. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else or buy online.

We came to Costco Vision Centre first thing in the morning hoping to avoid any rushes and ended up sitting and waiting 30 minutes just to pick up contact lenses that we received a phone call about saying they were ready for pick up. This was our second time waiting over 20 minutes, last time at a different time of day. WATCH OUT, inconsistent level of services depending on whom assists you. Made same mistakes twice over six years, I told them exactly what I needed, made mistake again recently, although it has been reordered, but it doesn’t change the fact of one of lady staff (tall, dark hair, wear glasses) who tried to hush hush the issue by lecturing me how to look like I am 3 years old, which she was not even the one who assisted me, basically she didn’t want to admit the issue of wrong lenses it was made.
