Costco once again impressed me with their amazing customer service: clap, clap, clap! I had a great experience here while getting my daily contact lenses. They helped schedule a time that suited me best, which I really appreciated. Jerry was extremely patient and supportive, especially since this was my first time trying contact lenses. This was our first visit here and we had such a great experience! Dr. Oliver was super nice and made me feel really comfortable during my eye exam. After getting my prescription, I picked out a few frames and was helped by Gillian — she was absolutely lovely! She answered all of my family’s questions, gave honest opinions to help us find the best lenses for what we needed, and was just so kind overall.
