Extremely disappointed with the services offered here. Customer service reps were not informative. I was waiting for my prescription for about 45 mins and after I waited and received it the rep told me I have to wait 10 business days before I can get my glasses. It would have been nice to be informed of this right away. Very professional and talented staff. Diagnosed a serious high eye pressure issue and treatment for dry eyes. Previous optometrist just recommended lubricant drops, Dr James drilled down and helped with a positive treatment plan and booked a specialist for a serious condition. Not just trying to sell glasses, they actually care for your health… Fast service and good selection of eye wear. Highly recommended choice for all your optical needs!
Every optometrist was busy , i had gotten something in my eye these guys understood my concern and got me right away. The Dr. Was amazing and efficient. Got me fixed up in no time . The ladies were all super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back for regular eye care . So grateful.
Dr. Yip was fantastic, patient, explains things well and so helpful. Rhonda was also very helpful recommending frames. I highly recommend Costco Optical and their professional staff.
