I had such a great experience at 20/10 Vision Associated. The receptionists were so friendly, helpful and warm, they were so efficient and organized and I didn't have to wait long. Dr. Stepanians was so informative and walked me through my results and answered all my questions. I was so impressed and will definitely be retuning. Thank you
Poor customer service. The staffs act like it is a nuisance to help customers. I'll take my business where it is appreciated.
Very unprofessional not friendly I came in for eye exam asked the dr to give me pupil distance he said no ok fine went home notice my axis was wrong went back next day explained to the secretary MANAGER not in a nice way she told me to go to eye glass at Costco for them to check and if it was wrong to go back again for the dr to double check.I went to the office was another secretary I told her the problem she checked was a typing mistake in a few seconds the problem was solved takes the same effort to be nice Professional o... read more
Zero or minus stars Very bad customer service and she said she is the clinic manager …. Gave me an appointment card on the beginning with WRONG date - I came on that date she said it is next week …. Left and came back the week after she was on the phone then she said to me you and your son are late 7 minutes can’t accommodate one of you - I said it is my second time to come and have time off.. she did not even care and said ok - then you both try to call and reschedule 😏😏 very bad place to do eye test guys do not even go t... read more
I just picked up my new glasses from Costco Optical. I wanted to write a review as I had spent a lot of time researching where to buy new lenses. I would be honest and say that I did not like most of the frame selections that Costco offers. So I brought my own frames and had them put the lenses in. 10/10 quality on the progressive lenses! They are WAY better then my last progressives (which I paid $$$ for). They are thin, and the lines of sight are fantastic. They only took 5 days (three business days).
