Very helpful & friendly staff. The entire experience from getting my eyes checked to picking out new prescription glasses & sunglasses was great. They had a large selection of frames and styles and the price was much cheaper than my old optometrist office and better quality. Would recommend this location to anybody, 5 stars all around.
They’re good, friendly, helpful, but W was $40 cheaper.
Customer service is not as expected the level of other Costco services, quite disappointed with the optical services at Costco.
My husband and myself both got new glasses yesterday at the North optical department. I wanted to give Sharon and Julie an excellent review. They did a fantastic job with showing us so many great options. They exceeded all of our expectations and we both got 2 new pairs of glasses while having a great time.
Shout out to Lan in the optical centre. She is absolutely phenomenal! Polite, courteous, and get personable. She sure knows her stuff. I believe she manages the department but everyone should be given the recognition they deserve. She is a valuable asset to this company and one of a kind. 😊😊 Holly Ries
