Dr.Lee is the best. He is very thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. The people working in the glasses section are always very nice and accommodating. Prices are fair and always happy with the outcome.
Bought a sunglass and it was packed by sales person. I didn’t inspect as I thought that it was a fresh piece. But I found scratch and tried to return. Optical person refused to accept the return and told me they sold it without scratch. Please inspect properly before buy the product as we can’t return even if the product was not good.
Edgar G from the Costco Vision Center helped me with my order. He measured the pupillary distance accurately. When I went to pick up my order a week later, he used a heat gun to adjust the end of the frame to ensure a perfect fit. He also used a machine to simulate the sunlight which was great to test the transition lenses. Overall, I had a great experience at Costco, with the pricing, quality and service.
