I went to get my new prescription glasses. But the Indian representative there (Chris) was very rude. And trying to impose his opinion on me. And refused to make a progressive glasses. Instead he insisted me to go for his opinion. He wasted my time and was not willing to listen to me. So i left.
I was seen by Dr. Lee and he is thorough and explains everything patiently.
Super slow service, super frustrating. They hardly service 2-3 customers in an hour. Never would I come or suggest this location.
They don't take insurance unless you are a Costco employee.
