Dr. Lee was very kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back. The receptionist at the front a Korean woman was also very kind and thorough. Appreciate them very much 😊 it made me have a great eye exam
Dr. Lee was amazing
I had a wonderful experience at the Costco Optical Department at Edison,NJ thanks to Karina! She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me find a frame that looked great and fit comfortably, and she suggested several better options that I hadn’t even considered. Her honest recommendations and friendly attitude made the experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like hers is truly appreciated. Thank you, Karina, for going above and beyond!
