I had a wonderful experience at the Costco Optical Department at Edison,NJ thanks to Karina! She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me find a frame that looked great and fit comfortably, and she suggested several better options that I hadn’t even considered. Her honest recommendations and friendly attitude made the experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like hers is truly appreciated. Thank you, Karina, for going above and beyond!
I went to get my new prescription glasses. But the Indian representative there (Chris) was very rude. And trying to impose his opinion on me. And refused to make a progressive glasses. Instead he insisted me to go for his opinion. He wasted my time and was not willing to listen to me. So i left.
