I was seen by Dr. Lee and he is thorough and explains everything patiently.
Super slow service, super frustrating. They hardly service 2-3 customers in an hour. Never would I come or suggest this location.
They don't take insurance unless you are a Costco employee.
We were so lucky to get Alex as our optical rep! He was so patient with us! We went through so many frames until we were absolutely sure of which to get. He didn't get annoyed, rather he got us some more to try based on the styles we had picked. Very helpful and professional.
I waited 30 minutes in line and they told me they do not work on frameless eyeglass frames. A simple instruction on website or sign in the store could same me that time.
