I called in February to many an Appointment, they were booked out till may, I said ok and went ahead and scheduled it. The day of the appointment the receptionist was out and The optometrist “check me in”, didn’t ask me for my insurance before eye exam and had to pay out of pocket for the vision test. The optometrist told me to mail a vsp form and I will receive a refund. Very affordable glasses, good selection. They were helpful with making sure I got glasses that fit well and wouldn’t be tight. Extras like scratch resistance and shade transition don’t cost extra. Was able to pick them up a week later and get them adjusted to fit better.

Received an email glasses were in. Went to pick up today. Kat said they had already been picked up. Explained a second pair had been ordered and paid for, she said there was no record of that. After continuing to insist they weren't there, she finally looked harder. Yes glasses were in the drawer, they'd been filed incorrectly. Very poor customer service

My advice is get an appointment elsewhere if you *need* new glasses. They had to schedule my appointment over a month out. Three weeks later they called, canceled the appointment, and offered no remedy except rescheduling for another month out.

I had an eye exam and wanted to try contacts. They gave a “lesson” on putting them in and out but not much help. I struggled terribly so made another appt to get help. That appt was them handing me a handout with “tips”. I walked out without glasses or contacts and will go elsewhere
