After I tripped and fell, one of the lenses popped out of my eyeglasses and the frame was bent in every direction. I was convinced they were beyond repair, so I took them to the Brentwood Costco expecting I would need to buy a new pair. The wait times here are absolutely ridiculous. There should be a different line if you are picking up prepaid products. You have to sit for 30 plus minutes and watch people try on different pairs of glasses when you just need to grab the contacts that you already paid for. Not to mention the fact that I ordered these contact lenses 2 weeks ago, called twice and was told that they still had not arrived, only for someone to call me and tell me they were delivered 4 days after I ordered and they misplaced them.

The staff would rather talk about their own drama and do other things than help customers when there is a wait. Good prices and decent product but customer service is terrible.

Megan H readjusted 2 pairs of my frames that I purchased at another Costco. I could not seem to get proper adjustments at other location. while wearing the glasses I would get a headache and my eyes we’re straining and tired. She figured it all out and now I can wear my glasses without stress🙂🙂🙂🙂
