Very unhappy. I had the exam and took the new prescription to Costco for new glasses. The glasses were wrong. When I called back to have the eyes re-examined, they were too busy and I had to wait. Later, I called back and they told me since it was past 6 months (probably by a matter of days), I'd have to pay for a new exam. I'm very disappointed in the service and their unwillingness to make things right. I'll never use her again.
ASK FOR ANY OTHER DOC THAN ALANA MCNEELY. I realize its a small office. (When I say small, its SMALL.) I also realize they have one person doing the front, the assistant, and the insurance. It leads to errors. I was misquoted on my insurance and yes, I know my plan benefits. When I tried to ask for clarification, I was cut off by the assistant and Alana. Severely understaffed at all times. More than an hour wait so far to be seen with no hope in sight. Par for the course here. Update: waited for about an hour and a half and finally got served ordered glasses and they said they would notify me when they were in. Should be 8 to 9 business days. Two weeks later, I called to find out what’s going on and find out. They have been there for more than a week, but they did not notify me. I absolutely do not recommend them
