Dr. Haggard and his staff were absolutely amazing! So kind and helpful and went above and beyond for me. Dr. Haggard personally went out of his way to help me learn how to use contacts and every step of the exam he explained everything in detail and educated me so much regarding my eye health. Highly recommend Dr. Haggard!
Had an eye exam with Doctor Haggard, the independent optometrist inside the vision center, for glasses and contacts. Left a voicemail to make an appointment, per the instructions in the voicemail greeting. Was called that afternoon and scheduled within the window of time wanted. Arrived a few minutes early to fill out paperwork, since I was a new patient. Did wait a little bit, but not long. Dr. Haggard was friendly and respected my time. I had a great experience with Costco today. I had an eye exam and the doctor was a super guy. He was very very thorough and took all the time needed to get the prescription right. Answered every question and even made a number of suggestions for eye care. I then went and picked out a frame for new glasses. Annette helped me several days ago when I was looking at frames prior to exam. Today she was there and helped me throughout. Very nice and very professional.
