Tonya is the best. The absolute BEST! I wish I could give her hundred stars. I was struggling to decide what frames would look good. I immediately sensed that she truly cared about what was best for me and how I'd feel about myself when I wear them. She took her time with me, never rushing me. She listened to my concerns. She let me try several pairs. She was incredibly patient with me and I appreciate that the most. She CARES! Go see Tonya!

In my 25+ years of membership, this is only Costco Optical Department I have encountered which was staffed by team members who patently refuse to provide normal everyday services. Recently, and about 3 years prior, two different people behind the Optical counter refused to make adjustments to my eye glasses. Following the first service refusal, I drove several hours to the Costco where they were purchased and had the adjustment cheerfully made. I bought progressive eyeglasses and sunglasses at the same time. They told me no returns. The glasses are awful. No insurance accepted. I went to Walmart today and picked up a pair of glasses i ordered and I am so happy I did. I can see normally again. Costco was a waste of money.
