I bought progressive eyeglasses and sunglasses at the same time. They told me no returns. The glasses are awful. No insurance accepted. I went to Walmart today and picked up a pair of glasses i ordered and I am so happy I did. I can see normally again. Costco was a waste of money.
The optician attempted to make me feel bad about ordering glasses online and then asking to have an adjustment made. (This isn't the first time he has treated me this way) I asked because my glasses are not sitting straight on my face. Instead of making the correction I asked for, he straighted the arms, which didn't fix the alignment issue.
