Service gone down hill. Every year, for 7+ years, all 5 of us buy glasses and/or contacts. Today we showed up ready to buy. Unlike before, they now tell us they wont check insurance because if they do, and someone does not buy, it is work to withdraw insurance request. In other words, they don't want to help that much. Too lazy. Real shame. They used to make it easy to spend money with them. Looking for another place to buy from.

Doctor Lin was knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have to wait at all and the receptionist and aide were friendly and quick to help. A very enjoyable experience overall.
I went in to get an eye exam in the morning, though I couldn't order glasses because I'm not a member. I was told that if I came back later with the membership holder, I could order glasses if they were the one who paid. Great. I came back with the membership holder, and now I'm told I can't order glasses at all. I'm fine following policy, but do not waste an hour of my day and some of my gas by lying to me. To be clear, the policy is fine with me. The employees themselves were what led to my poor experience.
