I went to a big brand of vision place in Utah for glasses, but they did not know how to adjust glasses. They messed up my frame significantly. Right when I was about to give up, I came upon the optical department of this Costco location and was so impressed how professional the opticians were! I should’ve asked the lady’s name. She just looked at my frame and knew exactly what was wrong. Service gone down hill. Every year, for 7+ years, all 5 of us buy glasses and/or contacts. Today we showed up ready to buy. Unlike before, they now tell us they wont check insurance because if they do, and someone does not buy, it is work to withdraw insurance request. In other words, they don't want to help that much. Too lazy. Real shame. They used to make it easy to spend money with them. Looking for another place to buy from.
I love this place. Super helpful.
Doctor Lin was knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have to wait at all and the receptionist and aide were friendly and quick to help. A very enjoyable experience overall.
