Great in-store service, but don't ever try calling them. They don't answer phone calls. They turn their phones off and just let it ring off the hook until you get transferred back to the main store line.
I had a great experience at this office The optometrist saved my vision. Referred me to a specialist and found out I had retinol detachment. Very happy it was caught in time. Grateful to the service that was provided here at Costco eye care

The optometrist was nice but they have a lousy and unprofessional receptionist! I made an appointment for my son on a Thursday at 2:40pm but got a text reminder 2 days before saying the appointment is at 12pm. When I called to ask why, the reception said they just moved it to 12pm! When I asked how come they didn't call me to inform the change, she said I originally requested for 12pm.
