The optometrist was nice but they have a lousy and unprofessional receptionist! I made an appointment for my son on a Thursday at 2:40pm but got a text reminder 2 days before saying the appointment is at 12pm. When I called to ask why, the reception said they just moved it to 12pm! When I asked how come they didn't call me to inform the change, she said I originally requested for 12pm. Bad service is to slow waiting for long time just for cleaner solutions more that 20 minutes
I have only two starts to give here because this vision center provides terrible patient care. They operate as if patients are buying tires and not as a medical service which it is. You can never get anyone on the phone to check on an order. They people who work there are nice however, they now have stand-up desk that make the fitting for glasses more difficult. How can I even make an appointment at the Costco Vision Center? I can't make it online or in the app, and I've called them about five times and after the phone rings about a dozen times a recording says, "Goodbye" and hangs up on me. This is during the business hours posted for the store. I don't shop for food, etc. at Costco, but I have a membership so my husband can get his hearing aids and I was hoping to get glasses.
