It’s my 4th pairs of Glasses from Costco Optical. The Lady named Sam is not professional at all, she is rude. Anyway I ordered 2 glasses again worth of $442 which was initially told $370 but she accepted her excuses on having bad math, it’s ok. I wish somebody with friendly nature and courtesy smile on salesperson would be appreciated.
I have been buying my prescription glasses for years at Costco in Ling Island City. Each pairs last me years until I had to change the lenses. My last one, a Gucci brand that I had for nineteen months, broke in two when I was cleaning the lenses. They broke in two from the middle! !! I was told that Costco doesn’t cover wear and tear. Her outstanding assistance went above and beyond my expectations, and I am truly thankful for her help. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to avoid potential issues with my glasses. I will certainly return to this location for future purchases. I highly recommend this department for anyone seeking excellent service, especially for those getting their first pair of glasses.
This location is terrible. They don’t know how to properly submit the insurance claim and ended up costing me hundreds of dollars and time compared to more competent opticians.
