This review is regarding a lack of professionalism and communication at Eyedeal Vision inside Costco on Jordan Ct, Alpharetta, GA. Eyedeal Vision needs to address ongoing front desk communication issues. I had a very disappointing experience due to a lack of professionalism and basic communication from the front desk receptionist. Giving 5 stars because of 2 reasons - 1. Gracie, the optician who helped us. She’s just awesome. She’s patient, always with a smiling face & a wonderful person to deal with. 2. Variety of frames. Branded frames are quite cheaper than other optical stores.
Had a great experience with Andrew, the store manager! He helped guide me to frames which are the right size for me. I’ve had trouble with progressive lenses in the past and the “right sized” frames eliminated the distortion in previous glasses. Happy customer.
I have been coming here for a few years. Recently, our insurance changed to Cigna. On their website, it shows Cigna as one of the few insurance providers accepted. After making an appointment and receiving a confirmation and link to provide my updated information, Cigna was not listed under the drop-down as an insurance provider. Strange. When I walked in, I identified myself and that I had an appointment, but couldn't check in online.
