If instead of helping people see better, your job is to ruin people's eyesight for profit, then you are doing hell of a good job. Here's to hoping many more years of you doing what you do.
Some of the staff is rude and condescending when asked simple questions. They make you feel like it's your fault for not knowing lens details. Terribly slow service. I had to wait almost two hours just to order my glasses. You can't even shop in the meantime as your place in line will be forfeited if you don't show up within two minutes of paging you.
The doctor was out to lunch for 2 hours?!? This is insanity.
They are severely and regularly short-staffed. This has a negative impact on service quality and wait times. I don't recommend coming here.
