Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was met with cold stares and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff seemed annoyed to be doing their jobs, as if helping customers was some sort of inconvenience. I asked a simple question and was met with eye rolls and a dismissive tone. Rather than trying to resolve my issue, they seemed more interested in proving me wrong. No sense of courtesy, no willingness to listen — just bad attitudes all around. A variety of options to choose from, only downside is because it was wholesale, you can't change the frame color. I think it was Danny that helped us the first time with picking and purchasing the glasses, (frame prices vary, but lens are around 53). Ended up spending maybe 220 for two pairs, which is pretty great! I ordered on a Thursday and one was ready by Monday, and the other on Thursday. Kenny and Grace helped me adjust the glasses to fit and were very nice! Thanks, Chantilly Costco Optical!
