This is for the optical store inside Costco, not the optometrist attached to it. Went to buy some frames and the service we got from the team was absolutely phenomenal. Special shoutout to James and Jason - they’re knowledgeable, helpful and gave GREAT advice. Would recommend anyone from that team, not just them. Absolutely would come back to get glasses or sunglasses from them.
Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was met with cold stares and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff seemed annoyed to be doing their jobs, as if helping customers was some sort of inconvenience. I asked a simple question and was met with eye rolls and a dismissive tone. A variety of options to choose from, only downside is because it was wholesale, you can't change the frame color. I think it was Danny that helped us the first time with picking and purchasing the glasses, (frame prices vary, but lens are around 53). Ended up spending maybe 220 for two pairs, which is pretty great! I ordered on a Thursday and one was ready by Monday, and the other on Thursday. Kenny and Grace helped me adjust the glasses to fit and were very nice! Thanks, Chantilly Costco Optical!
Cute - lots of bread options. Tons of seating space. Worth the visit!
