I ordered 1x regular prescription glasses and 1x prescription sunglasses today. I needed help finding a specific pair of glasses in person, and then had a lot of questions about ordering sunglasses, since I had never ordered a pair before. James was very patient and helpful, and talked me through all of the steps to make sure I understood all of the benefits, possible extra charges if I wanted to make adjustments, etc. Thank you!
Super service and collection
This is for the optical store inside Costco, not the optometrist attached to it. Went to buy some frames and the service we got from the team was absolutely phenomenal. Special shoutout to James and Jason - they’re knowledgeable, helpful and gave GREAT advice. Would recommend anyone from that team, not just them. Absolutely would come back to get glasses or sunglasses from them.
Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was met with cold stares and a complete lack of professionalism. The staff seemed annoyed to be doing their jobs, as if helping customers was some sort of inconvenience. I asked a simple question and was met with eye rolls and a dismissive tone.
