Great selection, but fitting needs work I’ve been a Costco Optical customer for over four years now. Their frame selection is excellent and the prices are very reasonable, which is why I keep coming back. However, my biggest frustration has been the fitting process. Every time I buy a new pair of glasses, getting them properly adjusted is a struggle — I often have to make multiple return visits before they finally fit right. I am so excited to write this review. I had the pleasure of working with AYINAH and another young lady at Costco optical. I was so impressed with how professional and kind they was that I had to purchase two glasses. I ordered my glasses on Monday and received them on Saturday. I am so in love with my glasses. My eyeballs are so happy because I am actually using the correct prescription for my lenses and it’s a huge difference.
