I was eight minutes late and made to reschedule. If you’re coming in from out of town, seek eye care elsewhere. The receptionist was the first rude Costco employee I’ve ever met, which is a surprise.
Cannot get the office to call me back, very rude demeanor, acts surprised by basic information….. I am shocked by the lack of professionalism in this office. The adjoining department in Costco literally told me to be careful because their office is so grumpy. Woof, they really lived up to that standard. Get new employees or confess that you don’t value customers.
I have had wonderful service and satisfied with the results of my prescriptions. The staff are always so helpful and courteous.
for the love of god, go to ANY other optometrist. walmart vision center would treat you better. the receptionist is incredibly rude/condescending and I would never have booked here if I knew in advance; judging by the reviews it's not a one-time thing. the least professional behavior I've witnessed in a medical office
Zero people at the counter and the guy just ignored me because I didn't take a number Service sucks. If you dont like your job the quit
