for the love of god, go to ANY other optometrist. walmart vision center would treat you better. the receptionist is incredibly rude/condescending and I would never have booked here if I knew in advance; judging by the reviews it's not a one-time thing. the least professional behavior I've witnessed in a medical office
Zero people at the counter and the guy just ignored me because I didn't take a number Service sucks. If you dont like your job the quit
The receptionist at this place should choose a new career field, one that isn’t customer facing. She is one of the rudest women I’ve ever encountered. The doctor I saw was also incredibly rude and demeaning herself. She increased my contact prescription to the point of me being unable to wear the trial lenses. When I arrived to my follow up appointment, she refused to see me because I didn’t have the contacts in, even though I brought them with me to put on for my appointment. My husband was 4 min late and the receptionist was so rude to him. We will not come back for Optical services at this location. This is the second time I have had an issue with the staff in the Optical Dept. Very RUDE!
Reception is so unfriendly!!! Why does she have that job!!!! I was so uncomfortable just making an appointment.
