I had a great experience at this Costco Vision Center. The nose pads of my glasses fell off, but thankfully a staff member replaced it for me at no cost. Amazing experience overall.
Jacque was so nice and pleasant to work with! I got my first prescription glasses and had trouble finding the perfect frame, and she helped me look for the right pair. She also answered all of my questions about lenses for driving (with the bright headlights at night) and helped me with my insurance. I would love to work with her again!! Thanks so much Jacque!
Very confusing with how they separate the Optical and Vison departments. One.takes insurance but the other doesn't?. Dr in vision department was rude and had a.nasty entitled tone. Another reason Costco is getting out of hand and you can shop anywhere else for the same prices or better.
Awful experience with an optometrist or nurse named vicky. EXTREMELY RUDE when I called to inquire about my canceled appointment. I have never met a sassier and rude person.
