Every staff member I’ve encountered both in person and over the phone is nothing but rude. They will act like they don’t see you and make you wait even if you’re just picking up pre-paid contacts.
Rude and no availability
One staff was very rude and unkind. Unbelievable her aweful working attitude. I asked if my glasses was delivered or not, she said it is not delivered without checking on the computer. She finally asked my phone number to check it on the computer and she noticed my glasses was there. Using the key, she opened the cabinet door to take out my glasses, she was very upset and made a banging noise and hits the cabinet. I kept feeling very offended to see her unprofessional attitude. The quality of the lens, and the name brand frames that are a third of the price for the same model. I’ve wasted money in the past not taking advantage of their optical department. I even just bought a pair of their brand sunglasses but just bought a regular sunglasses without a prescription so I can wear them with my contacts, and I’m so impressed with the clarity of the lenses, with polarization and flexible metal hinges for less than $70.
