One staff was very rude and unkind. Unbelievable her aweful working attitude. I asked if my glasses was delivered or not, she said it is not delivered without checking on the computer. She finally asked my phone number to check it on the computer and she noticed my glasses was there. The quality of the lens, and the name brand frames that are a third of the price for the same model. I’ve wasted money in the past not taking advantage of their optical department. I even just bought a pair of their brand sunglasses but just bought a regular sunglasses without a prescription so I can wear them with my contacts, and I’m so impressed with the clarity of the lenses, with polarization and flexible metal hinges for less than $70. Costco has claimed they no longer take non-Costco lens prescriptions? I did not see this advertised but that does not work for me. Last time I got lenses, they ground them incorrectly. At least they took the return. 2 horrible experiences in a row, 3/4 visits end in failure for me.
I found the customer service there to be stellar so polite, welcoming, and they let me know if I wasn’t pleased with my progressive glasses They will work with me to adjust them. eye doctor. There is amazing highly recommend their department.!!
