I've used Costco Optical in Danvers for the last 2 years for contacts evaluation and general eye exam. Dr Stacio is very experienced and kind. He has been able to dial in my Rx very quickly and he completes all the assessments himself. You are not handed off to a tech or anyone else. He handles everything for you. I have come to trust Dr. Stacio and I will continue to use the services provided at the Danvers location.
Went by during the week to get glasses and the person at the counter didn’t bother to help me find a good fit after asking twice. After driving 1 hour and 37 minutes on Sunday, they had already closed for the the day. Wish they could’ve picked up the phone to see if they were able to take me in.
Every staff member I’ve encountered both in person and over the phone is nothing but rude. They will act like they don’t see you and make you wait even if you’re just picking up pre-paid contacts.
