Went by during the week to get glasses and the person at the counter didn’t bother to help me find a good fit after asking twice. After driving 1 hour and 37 minutes on Sunday, they had already closed for the the day. Wish they could’ve picked up the phone to see if they were able to take me in.
Every staff member I’ve encountered both in person and over the phone is nothing but rude. They will act like they don’t see you and make you wait even if you’re just picking up pre-paid contacts.
Rude and no availability
One staff was very rude and unkind. Unbelievable her aweful working attitude. I asked if my glasses was delivered or not, she said it is not delivered without checking on the computer. She finally asked my phone number to check it on the computer and she noticed my glasses was there. Using the key, she opened the cabinet door to take out my glasses, she was very upset and made a banging noise and hits the cabinet. I kept feeling very offended to see her unprofessional attitude.
