Our experience with the optometrist at the Costco Optical Department was excellent from beginning to end. The doctor showed exceptional care, patience, and professionalism during the eye exams for my entire family, which include myself, my wife, and our four daughters. One of our daughters is diabetic, which requires special attention, including a thorough retinal exam, and we truly appreciated the extra care and attention given to her condition. Purchase my daughters glasses here less then 2 weeks ago..she breaks them but not too bad just the screws came out.. went back the lady looks at them and says, theyre broke. (Duhhh)... she goes in her computer and says we dont carry this style anymore and no other locations have them im sorry.. Im like thats it? I just got them less then 2 weeks ago.. she like yeah sorry... Took them to another place and less the 5 mins they fixed them free of charge smh never going back to costco again

I went to Costco in Royal Palm Beach for an eye exam. The exam was done by Dr. Scherle. He was kind and patient with me. He was thorough and it felt like he spent a lot of time with me.He was professional and I recommend him to others.
