Purchase my daughters glasses here less then 2 weeks ago..she breaks them but not too bad just the screws came out.. went back the lady looks at them and says, theyre broke. (Duhhh)... she goes in her computer and says we dont carry this style anymore and no other locations have them im sorry.. Im like thats it? I just got them less then 2 weeks ago.. she like yeah sorry... Took them to another place and less the 5 mins they fixed them free of charge smh never going back to costco again
Service was fast and professional.
I went to Costco in Royal Palm Beach for an eye exam. The exam was done by Dr. Scherle. He was kind and patient with me. He was thorough and it felt like he spent a lot of time with me.He was professional and I recommend him to others.
I was just currently at the optical. The doctor refuses to help me out in a an emergency, couldn’t see. Unfortunately, she has no authority to help me out although I do purchase my contacts my frames lenses from a different optical Costco location. Unfortunately, I discovered through the reviews that the lady and the doctors worked together as a team to pick and choose who they want to help … It’s unfortunate. Great location in Wellington but the staff makes it poor. No wonder why they do have a 2.6 rating. I would never eve... read more
