The doctor is good and spend time with patient and the staff not so caring or polite but worst of all, waiting in the cold Costco for 45 minutes like you have nothing else to do, not pleasant. They want you to come on time and they ask you to wait outside and don’t go anywhere, that does not work for me not doing this anymore.

The staff is great and always helpful. Problem is when the get busy, they don't answer the phone. Very frustrating.
