The staff is great and always helpful. Problem is when the get busy, they don't answer the phone. Very frustrating.

Great Eye Exam
A day after receiving a text stating my glasses were ready I went in to pick them up. I waited in a 20 person queue for over 2 hours to be told my glasses were not ready yet. I ended up taking time off work and waiting in a crowded area during a national pandemic because of their incompetent staff, and I still have to go back in when they actually have them in.
