They turned a 1-hour errand into a all-day goose chase. I came in to get glasses. Had all of the information already on my profile. They told me that they didn't have the glasses I wanted in store but could order them for me. But then told me that they needed my pupil measurement before they could get the glasses. Over the last decades my glasses were made at Costco optical. My recent visit to order 2 pair of glasses was a terrible experience. Not only for me but also for 2 others trying to make appointments. The new sign in for an appointment required scanning a QR code. My phone couldn't do it, a clerk tried to help. It didn't work. I was told THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY TO GET A TIME FOR AN APPOINTMENT. Not everyone has a smart phone or even a cell phone. Shame on you! I give Costco Optical Department an F in customer service.

I had an exceptional experience at the Costco Vision Center with Dr. Iwasa and the entire office staff. They went above and beyond to help with my extremely complicated prescription, making sure every detail was accurate and that I felt comfortable throughout the process.
