If I could give them zero stars I would. They’re impossible to get a hold of and when you finally do, you feel like a bother. I haven’t had a single good experience at this optical department in years. So glad I finally switched

Dr Iwasa was very caring and found out what was going on with my double vision, burry, emotional imbalance, tears flowing. Then he gave me a free yea free follow up!!!
They turned a 1-hour errand into a all-day goose chase. I came in to get glasses. Had all of the information already on my profile. They told me that they didn't have the glasses I wanted in store but could order them for me. But then told me that they needed my pupil measurement before they could get the glasses. They took the measurement at the counter. I did not know this until I went all the way to Nampa and was informed that they had already taken my measurement.
