Appt with Dr. Naugle a few days ago. Very impressed, highly recommend. Emily's efficient and knowledgeable. Good sense of humor. Enjoyed my time with her. Their office in Costco is "smallish," but Kirra, Anna and Drago manage well. Thank you!
Tried calling in asking for help understanding my insurance stipends & relaying the info my eye insurance gave me to purchase contacts. I unfortunately was spoken to very rudely by an English/British accented receptionist. Before I could explain my situation, she rudely said “We don’t do that here!” I let her know how rude she treated me before getting off the phone and now I will be finding a new eye doctor! What a joke! Find better staff Costco!
Actual exam was great but everything involving Costco its self was a nightmare. Even though you don’t have to be a member to use/access the eye doctor, they will harass you at the door if you aren't a member. I ordered my glasses thru my mothers membership and that was fine, but when picking the glasses up once again the door bouncers were jerks. I won’t be back to this eye doctor because of Costcos distain for non-members.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They’re impossible to get a hold of and when you finally do, you feel like a bother. I haven’t had a single good experience at this optical department in years. So glad I finally switched
