I had an appt today with Dr Michel, I was running a few mins late & I did call the office to let the staff know that I would be running behind , no problem at all & the staff appreciated the call. We (my husband, my son, and I) have been going to Dr. Michel for several years now. We were happy with her after our first visit. She’s communicative, kind, and thorough. We spend 1/2 our time living in another state. I’m currently in that other state and broke my glasses (one lense fell out). I can’t have them fixed locally because my prescription is expired, and I am still wearing them like this, until I can get an appt. The negative reviews are baffeling! I encountered a delightful and enthusiastic eye doctor and a staff in the selection department to fulfill the prescription that were super helpful. Totally pleased with how it went. I was in and out in less than an hour!
