Be wary of buying frames from this location. When I purchased, they claimed they needed to order new frames from their supplier with a few days waiting time. After waiting, I go to pick up the new frames only to see it's provided with no case. The frames are shoved in a plastic bag instead (hilariously had a different label for another brand of glasses). And the worst offense is that the frames are straight from the DISPLAY SAMPLE SHELF. Scratches and all. They still have the costco product number inscribed on the placebo le... read more

I had an appointment at 1:40pm and it took us more then an hour to finally be see by the doctor just to get a prescription I am very disappointed with the service

My daughter and I had a frustrating experience with glasses made at a different Costco location. We each ordered two pairs, but my second pair was done incorrectly, even after two attempts to correct it, causing discomfort and lightheadedness. To avoid another potentially inaccurate pair for my daughter, we decided to visit the Costco in City of Industry instead.
