Wow they are so rude here! I was given trial contact lenses that caused burning and discomfort after my medical eye exam. Because my prescription includes two different contact lens options, I called to ask if I could try the other lenses before purchasing. I explained that I have a history of eye sensitivity and reactions to certain lenses and preservatives. Best Costco Optical in Orange County! The frame selection is much better than other locations, offering a lot more variety. The staff is top-notch and very well-trained. A big thanks to Ed, the manager, for his expert guidance and for running such a professional department. Highly recommend!
Saw Dr. Tiara Vu Nguyen in the past but didn't leave a review right away. She was very quick and I later realized that was probably not a good thing because the prescription she gave me was way off. I struggled for a while and thought it was because I was adjusting to progressive lens. Later I realized both the glasses and contacts lens prescriptions were not right. This review is not for the optometrist, but the optical department. They are either very slow or severely understaffed. I came here on two separate occasions and each time I had to wait for an absurd amount. Do better..
