I am the never write reviews guy, BUT, I have never received such great customer service from both the attendants at the counter to the receptionists in the office to two separate optometrists who have been so gracious and giving with their time. I continued to get help until we got the prescription absolutely nailed after 15 years of not wearing contacts, it was a difficult process. Thank you so much to all involved at Gaze.
Dr. Nicole Thomas at Gaze Optometry is great! Her knowledge and passion for proper eye care and health shows in her work. She possesses a compassion when dealing with eye issues. I have seen her for routine eye exams plus an issue about my eye health. She helped dial-in my vision with new contacts and revised my prescription effectively eliminating my need to wear readers. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas for your eye care needs.
We have been using the facility since they opened up in Gilbert. Always appreciate the excellent customer service by the entire team. Gaze Optometry is great to work with for scheduling appointments, diagnosis, prescriptions and Dr. Nicole is patient and caring. It never feels like a chore when we visit. Thank you to the team and Costco for a wonderful experience over the last 2 decades 👏👍
New scanning system to check in customers at the counter does not work. I signed in by scanning and got notification that I was on the list. Three people who walked in after I did were taken before me. After waiting for 25 minutes I left. Fix the system, please.
I had two really magnificent professional experiences. One with the associate Jannette who helped me with the two frames I picked and making sure my prescription would be manufactured correctly and also I had a incredible associate helped me once my glasses were ready and she adjusted and created the perfect fit on both pairs and she was absolutely seamless and that was Stacey. A wonderful professional and extremely great at her profession. Thank you both both of these great associates.
