Do not let Frank touch your glasses. He did a blind adjustment, bending the earpieces, tightening screws, and moving nose pads without checking the fit. They are now painful to wear. When I asked him to fix his mistake, he made it worse. I’ve been coming here for years for the quality, but Frank's total lack of customer service and discernment ruined it. Unacceptable.
Truly exceptional service, great "Costco prices," and one of the very best optical departments in Gilbert, AZ. The manager, Destiney, is a perfect 10; she knows her products and really does care about giving quality service. The same goes for employees Jacob and Frank...they made going to the optometrist actually fun!!! 5 out of 5 Stars!!!
I am the never write reviews guy, BUT, I have never received such great customer service from both the attendants at the counter to the receptionists in the office to two separate optometrists who have been so gracious and giving with their time. I continued to get help until we got the prescription absolutely nailed after 15 years of not wearing contacts, it was a difficult process. Thank you so much to all involved at Gaze.
Dr. Nicole Thomas at Gaze Optometry is great! Her knowledge and passion for proper eye care and health shows in her work. She possesses a compassion when dealing with eye issues. I have seen her for routine eye exams plus an issue about my eye health. She helped dial-in my vision with new contacts and revised my prescription effectively eliminating my need to wear readers. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas for your eye care needs.
