Stay away! Doctor prescribed the most expensive brand of contacts, even after I asked for a budget option. Wonder if they're getting a kickback or part of the profits.
The bad reviews are legit and, of course, a bit surprising for Costco. This doctor just seemed really lazy and bored. Assistant didn't even bother writing out a coherent and complete prescription. Good thing I had my old one to fill in the blanks. Do youself a favor and go somehwere else.
Incompetent employees who don't consider your time valuable and who only care about their needs. Came in to pick up a pair of glasses and waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told by one of the two employees that "I'm leaving early and, Joe can't help you because he's too busy." Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Such a waste of time. Fire them and get better help.
