colleen who works in the optical department was just amazing! i’m new to purchasing frames and she made the process smooth. such a kind person.
Went for an adjustment to my glasses and I couldn't see correctly. They were unwearable, and started wearing my old glasses. I returned to have a different employee do them, still a bad adjustment and Ashley told me the glasses were perfect and there was something wrong with my eyes and I should go back to my Dr. Worst attitude and treatment I have ever had there. Almost $300 for glasses I can't use.
Stay away! Doctor prescribed the most expensive brand of contacts, even after I asked for a budget option. Wonder if they're getting a kickback or part of the profits.
The bad reviews are legit and, of course, a bit surprising for Costco. This doctor just seemed really lazy and bored. Assistant didn't even bother writing out a coherent and complete prescription. Good thing I had my old one to fill in the blanks. Do youself a favor and go somehwere else.
