Dr. Gabel and his team are fantastic. Ive been going to them for years. Dr. G is quick, honest and to the point, his staff friendly, communicative and super supportive when booking appointments/checking in and out. Thanks for everything!
Decent wait time and service but the person who answers the phone hung up on me when I was asking questions which I did not appreciate. This is the second time this has happened.
I'm filing a formal complaint against this business. This isn't a doctor's office, it's a sham and a scam. They try to illegally upcharge you for things you didn’t ask for. How many people have overpaid because of this illegal practice? The receptionist is flat out incompetent. She was trying to simultaneously have 3-4 patients going in the same room, zero privacy, she did not assist any of her patients properly, left them to figure out the tests on their own with improper lighting. Have gone here for many years and have always been very satisfied with the excellent experience. My prescription has been perfect every time.
I know a couple veterans that have worked here. They were, and continue to be, treated worse than dirt. (Called back assuming progressive opportunities didn't work out) Dr Gabel and his wife Kristy are bullies. They want full coverage front end staff without offering full time positions. Hard to work for a place with zero benefits and a part time wage. They're quick to "talk behind the back" of workers who take the opportunity.
