Nate the bald guy attending was so completely rude, we asked for help AFTER doing the check in TWICE and not getting any service. Not to mention a lady we HELPED check in by QR code went before us??? We were waiting for awhile. We went to ask what that was about, and that’s when the man was extremely rude. Telling us to check in and NOT listening when we told him we already HAD. The optometrist is the nicest guy on earth. Total stud. Love this place.
Optometrist (decker?) would not extent my contact prescription from 1 to 2 years when I needed such due to a last minute 4 month int'l work trip...leaving me having to wear my remaining daily's for a week each.
I came here yesterday, May 27, 2025, and had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, anywhere. I came in with my SO to buy myself glasses. I had gotten glasses from Costco before, but that was around 8+ years ago with my parents, so this was my first time coming here on my own. Once I found the ones I wanted, I went over to one of the workers at the optical desk. Called ahead of time and asked if my insurance was in network, to which they said yes. Took an entire day off to get new glasses, got in early, filled out the paperwork and was casually told my insurance was not in network afterall. Huge waste of time. You'd think an optomotrist office would at least be able to verify insurance.
