Called ahead of time and asked if my insurance was in network, to which they said yes. Took an entire day off to get new glasses, got in early, filled out the paperwork and was casually told my insurance was not in network afterall. Huge waste of time. You'd think an optomotrist office would at least be able to verify insurance.

I had a very disappointing experience on Sunday, November 10, around 1:00 PM. The lady at the eye counter was extremely rude. I was assisted by an older woman who spoke Spanish, and we went to her precisely because we realized she spoke Spanish, so it would be more comfortable for us. However, her attitude was very rude and impatient from the start. It has being 5 months since the first exam for contacts and I still waiting to get them after 3 wrong doctors prescriptions and waiting for the “right ones” to arrive. Awful service. They don’t return your money so you are stuck with them waiting for a miracle to happen to be able to get your contacts.
