Quick, affordable, and accurate: can’t ask for more! Paid $80 for my eye exam and was seen promptly - I got an appointment within a week of calling. The service was great, the doc answered all my questions, and my prescription is updated. Dr. Moses has always been great. However, the receptionist Gail is the reason I won’t be back. When I asked to speak with someone different she was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Prior to that she did not listen on the phone when I spelled my name multiple times, she said she couldn’t find my file when in fact she was looking at it and told her that was me. Very unhappy with Gail and her horrendous customer service.

Steve the optician is phenomenal and the best I have ever seen. He knows his stuff and is a delight to work with. Another Costco employee in another dept told me he won a nationwide award from Costco!!
