I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Ronald Moses for both glasses and contacts exams. He was so patient and kind! I asked him so many questions and told him my concerns with my current contacts and he answered everything thoroughly. He also gave me so many different contacts to try out to find a good fit. His receptionist was also so sweet and friendly! Overall I would highly recommend this office. I had an amazing experience with everyone.
Had my first eye exam ever today. I am from New Jersey and have been having some issues with my vision. Not only was Dr. Teske able to accommodate me in her schedule quickly, but she was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and made my first eye exam very easy. Very grateful for Dr Teske and Gail at the desk!
Call back or text is below average. They never call or text to let you know your glasses are ready. Tired of there comments of we are short staffed. Hire more. Friendly people Costco at one time had the best customer service not anymore. Thanks
I had my first eye exam here today, will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone. Megan and Gale were friendly, knowledgeable, easy to understand and quick to the point. The department is easy to get ahold of, have quick availability and are probably half the price of most places. All you do is call in advance, see when there's availability and show up at scheduled time, it's that simple. Thank you
$80 for an eye exam that included dilation. What's not to like about that? The eye doctor, Dr. Teske, was super nice & told me that Costco supplied them with the most modern eye equipment. In terms of frame selection, I preferred a narrow, less noticeable neutral colored one. Unfortunately, there was only one frame that fit that criteria. Nevertheless, it was so close to my ideal that ppl didn't notice, and the price was cheaper than my previous frame which I received through a private optometrist.
