Very disappointed with my experience today. The employees can’t do some of their tasks because the manager has to key something in to fix/place my order. But he is sitting there talking to a customer for over 15 minutes (not about glasses) and no but him can help, until he stops talking so he can scan/key something in?!?! Someone needs to be an assistant manager so they can do their job when he isn’t around. And the day I ordered them she couldn’t open the register and was locked out. So again, we had to wait for the manager... read more
Katie was so helpful. I came in an evening where she was the only one there. A wire holding my lens had broken and as busy as she was she took the time to repair my glasses. She could have just told me to drop them off. Her demeanor was very pleasant and kind.
