Alexis was amazing! She was so helpful and her customer service was phenomenal!
I ended up changing my prescription for 2 pairs of glasses and the frames for 1 pair after I received them. It was all handled very easily and didnt reciecive any push back from the staff. Both pairs were ready sooner than the was originally stated. Price was lower than any other eye glass companies.
The Vision Center team was great! I went in to choose new frames, but I realized halfway through doing all the paperwork that I forgot my credit card. They held everything for me so I could run home for it and come back that afternoon. After finishing the transaction, I realized that my vision insurance had changed, so I needed to go back again and change the payment method so it went through my new vision insurance rather than paying out of pocket. Thorough eye examination with Dr Murray. Reasonable prices for new glasses and fitted quickly by Aaron.
They had very kind staff today,specifically Aaron. He was very kind to us and had quick customer service,and I don't know if he hates his job or not,but either way he had a smile. He was kind and even chose to fix the nosepads on my glasses because he noticed one was missing. He was also welcoming,and kind when we left. Thank you for your great customer service,aaron.
