Most of the staff is great and helpful except Denise. She needs more training in customer service.

Alexis was amazing! She was so helpful and her customer service was phenomenal!
I ended up changing my prescription for 2 pairs of glasses and the frames for 1 pair after I received them. It was all handled very easily and didnt reciecive any push back from the staff. Both pairs were ready sooner than the was originally stated. Price was lower than any other eye glass companies.
