Alexis was amazing! She was so helpful and her customer service was phenomenal!
I ended up changing my prescription for 2 pairs of glasses and the frames for 1 pair after I received them. It was all handled very easily and didnt reciecive any push back from the staff. Both pairs were ready sooner than the was originally stated. Price was lower than any other eye glass companies.
The Vision Center team was great! I went in to choose new frames, but I realized halfway through doing all the paperwork that I forgot my credit card. They held everything for me so I could run home for it and come back that afternoon. After finishing the transaction, I realized that my vision insurance had changed, so I needed to go back again and change the payment method so it went through my new vision insurance rather than paying out of pocket.
