Rushed Impatient Rude Terrible beside manor Dr showed frustration in my answers during the exam. He spoke in a condescending manor. He was huffing and exhaling “saying we’re not getting anywhere” and it was maybe two minutes into the exam. Hurried through the entire process until he realized he had upset me then treated me like a senile senior. A Costco member for over 30 years I’ve used their eye service many times …not anymore . Definite DON’T RECOMMEND this office.
everyone here is so nice and helpful(: they helped me pick out my glasses, and the process of getting them was pretty fast. ♥️
We took our kids to Dr. Will and we are very pleased with him and his professionalism. Dr. Will was absolutely amazing with our kids. He takes his time explaining everything and works very well with kids. I would highly recommend him and we will definitely bring our kids back to him for all future appointments. Also, we had the joy to work with Becky with ordering glasses. She works well with kids and is very thoughtful. Eye care exam cost is about $89. Which i didn't like. I expected exam cost would be cheaper at Costco!
I bought contacts and was told I can return them if they are unopened. I tried to return them and the rude staff said they can only return contacts if the doctor changes my prescription. I will definitely shop elsewhere for my eye needs from now on.
