First of all, they do not answer the phone. Tried several times calling. I went in and no one was at the counters and you don’t take a ticket anymore. You have to scan a QR code. I was getting my phone out to do this and when this guy who was just standing there doing nothing I asked do I really need to get the QR code or can you just help me? He was really snotty and said well I don’t know can I? I just needed to get a no prescription lens put in my right side of my glasses because I’m having a lens put in to correct my vis... read more
Made tons of glasses there and consistently dealing with rude, unengaged, and distanced staff. Still not sure why is that.
Steven at Costco Optometry was amazing in helping me get my first pair of prescription glasses. He was patient, informative, and walked me through all the options to customize my lenses and overall experience. He made what felt overwhelming at first really easy and comfortable. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him.
