I recently ordered glasses here for the first time, despite being a member for many years. The quality of the glasses was great, and the cost was even better than at other providers when using vision insurance. I’ll be getting my glasses and contacts at Costco from now on, and will no longer waste money on over-priced vision insurance!
Pricing is affordable, staff is friendly, but don’t bother calling as they will waste your time. I had 2 unsuccessful trips since my phone call. No returns / exchange on contacts and flat out refused to work on “designer frames”. Seems like that policy changed / got stricter.
Slow service & Long phone wait times. Appear to be good value otherwise.
