Be aware, they will nickel and dime you and if you ask for a breakdown, they will get defensive, rude and unprofessional. The provider thinks he has a God-given right to overcharge as he sees necessary. If you tell him that the issue will be reported to the Costco store manager, he will call the manager himself and make up a story. No one answers the phone.
I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the optical department via phone for 3 weeks now. Try at different times of the day, no one answers. I called the main Costco line and that person said that they never have luck getting a hold of anyone either. Ridiculous.
The service here is really really bad. The customer service Vanessa( not sure if it was her real name) was rude with my wife on the phone today May 13 at 12 .You need to train your employees how to talk to customers if you want to have business. I would not recommend anyone there. We are taking our business to Costco vision in Hanover, the service is much better there.
Very poor customer service. I was laughed at and told I was "cheap" when I asked about rebates for contact lenses come out. (I don't know if they still do rebates -- they used to -- because I was never given an answer.) I asked to speak to a manager and the woman told me she wouldn't call one. She then literally turned her back to me and refused to answer or acknowledge me after that.
