I've been there many a time, had my eyes exammed and bought many pairs of glasses. I find the value very good and have always had the most excellent service. I highly recommend this location.
I called to order contacts and was informed that they are no longer ordering contacts on the phone— which is what I have been doing for years. When I asked about other options the representative was rude and unhelpful.
I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from the frames department. I was never contacted when my frames were ready for pickup. I called the department over the course of three different days—morning, afternoon, and evening—and each time the phone rang continuously until the line went dead. No one ever answered or returned my calls. When I came in to pick up my glasses, I stood waiting for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. The lady who helped my son (5-year-old first time getting glasses) was very loud and unprofessional. When I asked if they take measurements to ensure the glasses would fit him correctly, she responded very loudly, saying, “We don’t do that here. I don’t know where they do that, we don’t do that!" And proceed to be short and dismissive. I wasn’t sure if that was just her personality, so I decided to let it go. Be aware, they will nickel and dime you and if you ask for a breakdown, they will get defensive, rude and unprofessional. The provider thinks he has a God-given right to overcharge as he sees necessary. If you tell him that the issue will be reported to the Costco store manager, he will call the manager himself and make up a story. This place is not recommended, unless you want to be laundered for a few hundred bucks.
