The service here is really really bad. The customer service Vanessa( not sure if it was her real name) was rude with my wife on the phone today May 13 at 12 .You need to train your employees how to talk to customers if you want to have business. I would not recommend anyone there. We are taking our business to Costco vision in Hanover, the service is much better there.
Very poor customer service. I was laughed at and told I was "cheap" when I asked about rebates for contact lenses come out. (I don't know if they still do rebates -- they used to -- because I was never given an answer.) I asked to speak to a manager and the woman told me she wouldn't call one. She then literally turned her back to me and refused to answer or acknowledge me after that.
I’ve worn glasses and contacts nearly my entire life. Every time I got a prescription done I thought “okay, I can see” but after seeing Doctor Jan at this Costco Optical, I walked out the day of picking up my glasses saying “I’ve never seen like this before!” I’m not sure what he did differently than other optometrists in the past, but he nailed it. Truly life changing prescription that I haven’t had in years. Thank you and the optical department for the excellent service and the perfect prescription. Thank you.
Not only are they rude, they refused to help me with vision insurance. I have never seen so arrogant rude and unhelpful. Costco really should fire all of them. Why is Costco corporate not paying attention to them? Is it nepotism or this is the tip of great Costco cultural's downfall. Maybe it's time to sell Costco stocks.
