The lady who helped my son (5-year-old first time getting glasses) was very loud and unprofessional. When I asked if they take measurements to ensure the glasses would fit him correctly, she responded very loudly, saying, “We don’t do that here. I don’t know where they do that, we don’t do that!" Be aware, they will nickel and dime you and if you ask for a breakdown, they will get defensive, rude and unprofessional. The provider thinks he has a God-given right to overcharge as he sees necessary. If you tell him that the issue will be reported to the Costco store manager, he will call the manager himself and make up a story. This place is not recommended, unless you want to be laundered for a few hundred bucks. No one answers the phone.
I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the optical department via phone for 3 weeks now. Try at different times of the day, no one answers. I called the main Costco line and that person said that they never have luck getting a hold of anyone either. Ridiculous.
The service here is really really bad. The customer service Vanessa( not sure if it was her real name) was rude with my wife on the phone today May 13 at 12 .You need to train your employees how to talk to customers if you want to have business. I would not recommend anyone there. We are taking our business to Costco vision in Hanover, the service is much better there.
