2 Stars for Doctor Lee a good and a pleasant Dr. However the office manager and the staff are horrible. No customer service whatsoever, no people skills and very rude. By just asking a simple question, I get a month full of insult and a lecture from the office manager. Need to be retrained on customer service and how to handle customer issue and resolve them. Do not recommend

I've had lots of glasses from Costco, I trust them, way better than some other places.

I came to pick up my glasses, took a number and waited for nearly 30 minutes since the one before me were called. There were three employees but two of them didn’t bother to call the numbers, just kept serving whoever went to them. The manager was then called but she didn’t seem to care, only said “you are next.” Sorry to say, I was “next” nearly half an hour ago! Just goes to show how staff in this facility were trained.
