Great doctor, horrible receptionist!!! I have never been so upset with poor customer service. I very rarely complain, but this lady argued with me, she insisted I did not provide insurance information, which I very much did! She wouldn’t even let me make the appointment unless I did. I waited almost two weeks for this appointment. I ended up having to pay cash, which I could have done “same day”, but chose to wait the time to schedule out, so I could utilize my insurance. So I know there's a lot of negative reviews for the receptionist but I had a solid experience here. Was able to make an appointment same day. The lady at reception (as well as the tech) were very friendly and the Dr was excellent. Can't speak for everyone else but as of 5/12/25 this is an excellent place to get your new prescription. Fyi I told them I wanted to buy my glasses online and they were more than helpful. Printed out my prescription with suggestions. 10/10 would recommend
Had an appointment Feb. 4, 2024, waited patiently. So had a contacts fitting , I finally decided to buy my contacts supply so went back to office after few days of trials. I needed my contacts real bad I will be out town . So I went to finalized the prescription. The Dr is super nice and explains everything thoroughly. The poor rating is due to the receptionist who although has a very professional tone throughout an interaction, does not seem to try to problem solve if there is an issue. Excuses are made, and eventually, the only fix for the issue is to pay again for an entirely new appointment. My prescription was incorrect when i picked up my new glasses from the optical counter.
