I wish I can give them zero stars!! Horrible customer service, office manager has no professionalism at all as a healthcare worker and no education and manners as a person. She totally asked me that find somewhere else to take my kids because she was not able to find my oldest son insurance I offered to pay out of pocket but she totally refused to give us an appointment. Receptionist at the front doing the eye exam schedule has poor customer server.
Fast and easy service.
Review due to my interaction with the office manger. I’ve been a long-time Costco Optical patient and need annual eye exams to maintain my LASIK warranty. Despite receiving yearly reminders to schedule, the office mager refused to book an appointment in advance and will only schedule on the exact one-year date. She said its due to my insurance, Eye Med. I wasn’t asking to be seen early—just to secure an appointment. This policy pushes my exam later every year and puts my warranty at risk.
