Came to get lenses for my glasses and optician Luis looked at them briefly and told me he couldn’t do it because he said there weren’t measurement numbers on the arm. He seemed to be in a bad mood so i left and tried back the next day. When I returned he was there again and i had to wait for him to pretend to be busy while he ignored me and eventually walked back up and said “what did i tell you yesterday”. Fatima at the Temecula Costco Optical department is amazing. She was extremely professional, patient, thorough and went over and above to help my mom with her eyeglasses. She looked up every possible discount with her insurance, including a $150 credit due to having cataract surgery years ago. She was awesome.
Called and they immediately hung up on me. Called me back 3 minutes asking if I was the person buying the gold. I said no and he hung up
Tried to make an appointment and when the lady told me they do not take my insurance, she said: "Bring it in and we will try it" Uh, NO, you are not going to get me to come in and when it does not go through I just say, that's OK, I will pay out of pocket! You know in advance that you do not take my insurance! I have ZERO Copay!
