Called and they immediately hung up on me. Called me back 3 minutes asking if I was the person buying the gold. I said no and he hung up
Tried to make an appointment and when the lady told me they do not take my insurance, she said: "Bring it in and we will try it" Uh, NO, you are not going to get me to come in and when it does not go through I just say, that's OK, I will pay out of pocket! You know in advance that you do not take my insurance! I have ZERO Copay!
Wish I could give this a ZERO star review. New patients take care in booking your appointment!! I did my due diligence and called ahead to check that they take my insurance and are in-network (I am new to the area and needed a new optometrist). I called ahead and asked - do you take my insurance and are you in network? Admin on phone asks which insurance I have, asks for name, DOB, social #, etc. Checks and says "yes". Dr. Yazdan is so good! I have seen her for two years now, and she is so informative. She takes her time, takes a holistic approach to helping you make the best decision for your vision needs. I was referred to a Rheumatologist for a slightly out of normal range ANA lab and dry eyes only to have Dr. Yazdan solve my issue with a simple recommendation and some over-the-counter preservative free eye drops. My consultation with Rheumatology ended up costing me over $200.00 (not including labs) and yet Dr. Yazdan was able to help ... read more
