Excellent employees here. But the digital log in is a problem, it shows I have 5g but it doesn't load, so frustrating. Need something to boost the signal near the optical desk.

I purchased a pair of glasses at the Marshall Road Superior, Colorado optical department today. Everyone was very helpful and informed. A special shout-out to Beth, who guided me back to see if I'd left my cell phone at the desk, as I didn't know how to return on my own.

I was helped by a person named Cris in the optical department today. He was so professional and kind! We picked out daily wear glasses and sunglasses. He was careful about fitting the glasses properly to my face shape and eye levels. He also made sure my insurance was in proper order so I wouldn't have to pay more money than required. I walked out of Costco feeling very good about my purchases, and I really appreciated the care and attention. Thank you!
