I was helped by a person named Cris in the optical department today. He was so professional and kind! We picked out daily wear glasses and sunglasses. He was careful about fitting the glasses properly to my face shape and eye levels. He also made sure my insurance was in proper order so I wouldn't have to pay more money than required. I walked out of Costco feeling very good about my purchases, and I really appreciated the care and attention. Thank you!
Lazy workers won’t walk ten feet to verify my prescription from the eye doctor’s assistant during business hours. I spent $200 to see their doctor in their building. Then when their website is down, Costco optical is I have to come in to the store because “the doctor just rents the space, we’re unaffiliated”. Weird, cause you guys are the ones I pick up my temporaries from while I wait for my appointment.
My old glasses’ nose pad broke off, and I couldn’t see what was wrong with the glasses without wearing it :-) I stopped at Costco Optical, and young man working there went above and beyond to replace the broken part and even adjusted the entire pair. They feel like new! I couldn’t be more appreciative of the excellent service. Many thanks!
My doctor was Dr. Nicholson and she was so kind and quick. She listened to me and made my eye appointment super smooth and easy. Also the check out people were really nice too. All around great
