Very poor customer service. Made an appointment to have summer wheel and tire combo swapped for all season combo. All tires had been purchased and mounted by this shop. When I arrive for the appointment they refused to do the work. Everything was OEM. I'll take all our business to a reputable shop from now on
Do not get tires here they suck!!!! Had an appointment on Monday and waited 2hrs just for them to tell me that they couldn't do it because they couldn't find the lock key. The following day I purchased a lock key made an appointment for Friday just for them to tell me they ordered the WRONG TIRE SIZE!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I scheduled a balance and rotation for 2:30 PM. I live over the pacheco pass and drove 45 minutes to my appointment to be told when I arrived if I would like to reschedule or it can take up to 2 hours or longer and that they are not doing services right now. I did not want to have to have the drive, round trip is over 100 miles just to have routine maintenace done. Overall not very satisfied with the level of service. It’s been a few months since my visit, but I felt the need to write this review. I took my car in, and during the time it was there, the chip in my key fob somehow fell out. I’ve never had this issue before and couldn’t start my car. They initially told me the problem was the battery, but clearly, it wasn’t. Despite their experience in auto services, they told me it was my responsibility to figure it out. They even rolled my car out and left me to handle the key fob issue on my own.
