They didn’t text me after new tires were installed, didn’t answer the phone, and the tires were underinflated! As soon as we started the car, we received a psi warning.

I will not trust this shop with my car ever again. This shop destroyed three of the wheel studs on my vehicle while replacing my tires and took no responsibility for fixing the damage they caused. This cost me hundreds of dollars to fix and caused my vehicle to be inoperative for multiple days. Stay away!
Love Costco but would not recommend their tire center. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was promised service would be complete in 2 hours tops and it took well over 5. They don't read orders, don't answer the phone and hung up on me when I was finally able to reach them and they apparently didn't like my responses to their questions. Service tech left my car outside and no one spoke to me to tell me it was done, give me information or ask if everything was OK. Do not purchase tires from Costco!
Damage rims no regards to other people properly. Do not recommend them.
