My daughter blew a tire on the way home to LI. Jayden at the tire center couldn't help us as he didn't have the size tire in stock. He gave us some local places to check as it was an emergency and getting dark out. A life saver. Great customer service. Thank you!
Came here for tire rotation for scheduled appointment of 4 pm but still waiting here and it's 6:30 pm, very rude and unapologetic employees, first they said they are working on the car after 2 hours they said it's going to take 30 mins more. Very messy and unmanaged center. It's quite opposite of the warehouse shopping experience. Come here if you have no work entire day and can keep wasting time in following up. It's a very harrowing experience.
