They told me they had ordered my battery for me twice and both times they confirmed that the supplier did have the battery and that they ordered it. Both times it took about two weeks to find out that they didn’t actually order the battery. Huge waste of my time!
I've tried at least 7 times to reach the tire store by phone w/ no success! Also the automated phone scheduling system has no way to get an appointment for a set of tires! However the tire service is OK if you can see them in person.
Fast service and the prices are way lower than the other guys in town. Saved over $300 on a set of tires for one rig. Also bought some nice alloy wheels and snow tires for another car for the same amount as just tires from the other tire shop just down the road.
WASTE OF 2 HOURS! I have to agree with the review I just read - what is the point of Costco taking appointments when I literally had to wait 2 hours for one of their service technicians to call me and tell me that my tire could not be repaired. Mind you, if Costco has a rule about "Not being able to repair a tire if any prior modifications or work has been done to the tire" ie: my husband put a plug in the tire so I could safely drive it across the bridge to get to the tire center.
