Fast service and the prices are way lower than the other guys in town. Saved over $300 on a set of tires for one rig. Also bought some nice alloy wheels and snow tires for another car for the same amount as just tires from the other tire shop just down the road.
WASTE OF 2 HOURS! I have to agree with the review I just read - what is the point of Costco taking appointments when I literally had to wait 2 hours for one of their service technicians to call me and tell me that my tire could not be repaired. Mind you, if Costco has a rule about "Not being able to repair a tire if any prior modifications or work has been done to the tire" ie: my husband put a plug in the tire so I could safely drive it across the bridge to get to the tire center. The tire center won't even answer the phone when you call.
Not sure why you take appointments? This is the second time it took over 2 hours to rotate tires. This time I was told it was because of walk ins. Turn the walk ins away and ask them to make an appointment. I will take a hard look at where I buy tires next time. Your scheduling system and customer service is broken. Good luck!
Got my tires and TPS (tire pressure sensors) replaced here. Great experience. Great service and at a very good price.
