Incredibly grateful. Wife and I noticed a flat tire Saturday night. Called Costco Tire first thing Sunday morning, and was able to speak with Shane. He was so helpful, and got us in for an appointment same day, even though they are very short staffed over the weekend. He was able to secure a set of tires for us and help us get back home. Thank you Shane for your efforts and kindness over the phone. I write this while in my Kirkland Signature hoodie - Costco saves the day again!

Great deal on tires and great after service
They told me they had ordered my battery for me twice and both times they confirmed that the supplier did have the battery and that they ordered it. Both times it took about two weeks to find out that they didn’t actually order the battery. Huge waste of my time!
I've tried at least 7 times to reach the tire store by phone w/ no success! Also the automated phone scheduling system has no way to get an appointment for a set of tires! However the tire service is OK if you can see them in person.
